Welcome to The Barn - New Wood Farm
The Barn is situated in Stourton on the outskirts of Stourbridge, just minutes away from the town and yet surrounded by lovely countryside.
Lying within the Heart of England and conveniently located off the M6 we are a destination situated in the County of Staffordshire, bordering the Black Country and Shropshire.
Within one mile of the Stourbridge Glass Quarter, which has been home to glassmaking for 400 years.
The name 'Stourbridge Glass' is prized intenationally and visitors can experience the wonders of this most versatile material by exloring the various studios, workshops, retail outlets and heritage sites that the Glass Quarter has to offer.
Things to do:
Beautiful canal walks and cycle paths accessed by a bridle path that runs alongside New Wood Farm. Mini guides to cycling and walking around Dudley available.
The Black Country Living Museum - Britains friendliest open-air Museum where history comes to life.
Kinver Edge and The Rock Houses. Delve into time and history at Holy Austin Rock where Britains last cave dwellers lived.
The many Glass Centres all within a half hour walk, including Broadfield House Glass Museum. An award winning museum with a magnificent collection of British Glass, much of it made locally, dating from the 17th century up to the present day
The Barn . . .
The Barn has is open plan with a spiral staircase leading to a bedroom on the gallery.This has a double bed. There is an en suite bathroom with a small bath/shower, toilet and washbasin.
There is also a ground floor bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin.
The Barn sleeps 4 but there is an additional folding bed that can be used.

All bed linen and towels provided.
One acre paddock for ponies if required.
Last but not least
Dance the night away or swoon with nostalgia when you put on our 'free to play' Juke box. Sing along to Rod Stewarts 'Sailing' or Frank Sinatra's 'My Way'. You don't need a crowd to have a great time!
